Monster!
Henry and Aida got this tube (and some tents) for Christmas from Cousin Lisa. Henry got in the tube and pretended to be a monster. Aida is in fear of the "Monster" here. She said, "Not scare me Henry!" :)

Pretty in Pink
Here are some pictures of my two little princesses! Henry seemed more excited to dress up in these dresses than Aida. Lisa, Nate's cousin, gave us these dresses since Alissa has outgrown them. Thanks Lisa!!

Cupcakes
We made cupcakes this morning. Both kids have an icky cold so we didn't go on any outings today! Henry and Aida decorated them with a little help from Mommy. Henry drew a smiley face cupcake for Daddy and he put an "H" on one as you can see.

New Year's Weekend

We spent New Year's Eve weekend at Momma and Daddy's house in Hot Springs. The kids always have fun when we visit Nana and Papa T's!! We also went to Nanny and Paw Paw's house for a yummy New Year's Day lunch. Nanny made the traditional ham and black eyed peas to bring luck in the new year.
Daddy cooking breakfast on Sunday morning...looking his best. he he :)

Henry and Aida enjoying Papa T's cooking for breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, rolls, and cheese toast.
Aunt Kay flew down from New Hampshire to visit. It was great to get to see her even though her visit was short!
This is Nanny's typical pose - hovering over the stove cooking. We had ham, black eyed peas, deviled eggs, homemade mac and cheese and mexican cornbread. She also made three pies and homemade cookies for the kids to eat!!
