Monsters in Training!

Okay....this isn't one of the monsters...but she sure is cute. Rosy can barely fit into this doggie Halloween tee I bought her! What a little piglet!

I bought these Halloween masks at Walgreens for 99 cents each! They are so funny! Patrick is Frankenstein, Henry is Dracula and Aida is the Witch!

Henry's 6th Birthday Party

Henry had his 6th birthday at a local pumpkin patch. It was so much fun! The weather was perfect. The kids went on a hayride and got to pick pumpkins as a party favor. Everyone had a great time - even the parents! Henry wanted a Halloween theme for his party, so we got this great haunted house cake from Price Cutter...It was yummy.

Rosy in the tub?

Rosy jumped in the tub with Aida the other night!! Gross! Aida wanted her to stay, but I had to explain that doggies don't bathe with kids! They are a little bit dirtier!!

California

Nate and I had a great time in Monterey, CA....We stayed at Spanish Bay which is part of the Pebble Beach resorts. Everything was fantastic! The food and drinks were wonderful. It was nice to get away from Arkansas for a few days and unwind. Staying at a 5 star hotel made it even more relaxing!

This is the giant fireplace at our hotel. We hung out here one night and had cocktails. It was nice.

This is Carmel Plaza in Carmel, CA. It is a very quaint town....Clint Eastwood's home!

Nate and I test drove a Lexus...Our hotel offered this as a perk to guests. We drove the Hybrid Lexus SUV. It is such a quiet vehicle! We drove 17 mile drive which was beautiful. This was a stop for a photo op along 17 mile drive.

Every night at sunset the bagpipe player strolled the hotel golf course and played. It was very neat to see!

At Monterey Bay

of one of Nate's coworkers from California. We met them in Cabo in 2005.

One winery had a sculpture garden where we sat and enjoyed some vino. AnnJanette and I were

"smelling" this metal flower.
